Clear Explanation About Refrigeration Cycle Process.

How an Refrigeration Cycle works?

The removal of Unwanted Heat from any object or removal of heat from space is know as Refrigeration Cycle.

The refrigeration system has many applications like as Household Registrations, industrial freezers, air conditioning and also used for transporting food items from one place to another place.

Inside the Refrigeration system it contains chemical refrigerants which is a chemical compound is that can easily changes its stage from liquids to vapors and get back to same stage again. These Refrigerants pumped through a closed system because if the system is not closed then the refrigerants will get dispatched to surrounding media. The refrigerants used again and again in a cyclic process.

In order to cool the space or any object the refrigeration process need four components:

1-Compressor.

It is a heart of Refrigeration cycle. It Compress the refrigerants and then these compressed gases gets heat up and leads to raise the refrigerants pressure.

2-Condenser.

In the condenser the pressurized gases turns back from a gas stage into a liquid. The heat release takes place in these process. What makes the condenser "hot to the touch."

3-Expansion Value.

After dissipate its heat in condenser the refrigerants flows through Expansion Values where experiences a pressure drop.

4-Evaporator.

The evaporator is located inside a refrigerator and is the part that makes the items in the refrigerator cold.In the Evaporator the refrigerants gets vaporized again because of the refrigerant draws heat from the Evaporator.

What Actually happens in refrigeration cycle?

The Refrigerants contains in system are circulates in cyclic process which are continuously change its stage from liquids to vapors stage. When the refrigerants flows into compressor the pressure of refrigerants will raised up.Next the refrigerant flows through the condenser, where it condenses from vapor form to liquid form, giving off heat in the process. Then the heat will release in condensing process thus leads to what makes the condenser "hot to the touch." After the condenser, the refrigerant goes through the expansion valve, where it experiences a pressure drop. Then the refrigerants further flows to the evaporator. Here the refrigerant draws heat from the evaporator which leads refrigerant to get vaporize again. The evaporator draws heat from the region that is to be cooled. The vaporized refrigerant goes back to the compressor to restart the cycle.
